2. Movement- chimes, water, mobiles, banners, incense
3. Symbols- images that invoke and illustrate the deeper elements in our lives
-Fish: prosperity
-Lotus: spiritual un-foldment
-Peony and chrysanthemum: good fortune and virtue
-Pine:long life
-Bamboo: growth and health
-Tiger: strength
-Elephant: steadiness
-Horse: vivacious energy and nobility
-Dragon: Tao and the constant play of Yin and Yang -
-Frog: good luck
4. Light- mirrors, candles, lamps, windows |

6. Sound- music, chimes, water, hanging flutes, bells
7. Metal- mechanical devices, art objects
8. Stillness- spacious calm
9. Color- bright is yang and dark is yin (when choosing color it is important to
consider hue. Red can be Yang when bright and Yin when muted or Earthy).
-Red: Luck and good fortune
-Yellow: Auspiciousness
-Green: Growth and health
-Brown: Stability and Earthiness
-Pink: Love and happiness
-Blue: Spiritual understanding, mystery and depth
